Shafagh Ganjikia
President and CEO
Ms. Shafagh Ganjikia founded Prognosoft in 2002. She is also volunteering in the community, helping Roanoke to become a great place to work and live in. Ms. Ganjikia holds a Master degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Montreal and a Bachelor degree in Physics from the University of British Columbia. She is a recipient of various international conferences awards and has published several articles in her field of research.
Simon Kaczor
Vice-President of Technology
Mr. Simon Kaczor is Prognosoft's Co-Founder. He ensures that Prognosoft's solutions are based on a sound technical foundation, and that they meet customer's expectations. Before founding Prognosoft, Mr. Kaczor developed Asset Performance Management solutions for Meridium. Prior to that, he worked as a research engineer for Bombardier Aerospace. Mr. Kaczor holds a Master degree in Applied Science and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Montreal.
Dr. Hossein. T. Tehrani
Scientific Adviser
Dr. Hossein. T. Tehrani is a research scientist at Prognosoft Inc. since 2008. He helps ensuring that Prognosoft's research activities are widely regarded as scientifically and technologically well founded and are appropriate for their intended applications. He has received his Master and PhD from New York University in the field of Elliptic Partial Differential Equations and Applied Mathematics. His remarkable and outstanding research positioned him as tenure professor at the University of Nevada.
